Stinging Nettle tincture made with organic stinging nettle ( alcohol based).

Nettle Leaf contains high levels of protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium and beta-carotene with high amounts of vitamins A, C, D and B. Nettle is used to help ease symptoms of seasonal allergies.

15-20 drops 1-2 times daily, may be mixed with a small amount of water.
